OnePlus has officially revealed the look of its latest flagship smartphone, the OnePlus 12, featuring a green colour variant and a similar camera bump as its predecessor.

Oneplus has officially revealed the look of its latest flagship smartphone, Oneplus 12, in a post on the Chinese social media site Weibo. According to the official teaser video, the Oneplus 12 will continue the popular design of the Oneplus 11, featuring a distinctive rear camera bump.

Expected features of the Oneplus 12 include the use of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, which, if rumors are to be believed, could enhance the phone’s gaming performance with a new X-axis motor.

According to teaser videos released by Oneplus, the latest flagship will be available in three color options: Pine Green, Rock Black, and White variants.

The Oneplus 12 is set to launch in China on December 5, just one day after Oneplus’ 10th anniversary on December 4, with global sales expected to begin sometime in January next year.

Leaks suggest that the Oneplus 12 may feature a triple rear camera setup, including a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-808 sensor with OIS support, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide Sony IMX581 sensor, and a 64-megapixel 3x telephoto zoom lens with OIS.

Oneplus CEO Liu Ji has confirmed on Weibo that the Oneplus 12 will be the company’s first phone with a 64-megapixel periscope telephoto camera, although the exact sensor details have not been disclosed.

Previous leaks indicate that the periscope zoom camera could use an OmniVision OV64B sensor and provide 3x optical zoom.

As a reminder, the features of the Oneplus 11 included a launch in February with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, 8GB RAM, and 128GB storage variant priced at ₹56,999. The Oneplus 11 boasted a 6.7-inch LTPO 3.0 AMOLED display with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz, a 5,000mAh battery, and support for 100W SuperVOOC fast charging.
